Monthly Dinner Meeting:
MAPA has a monthly dinner meeting held on the second Thursday of each month. We sometimes have a speaker or an animated discussion after dinner on hot aviation-related topics. Our after dinner programs have covered a verity of topics including aviation safety, flying adventures, weather and many others.
Members and guests start to arrive about 6:30 and meet in the private room or in the bar. Dinner starts at 7:00 and the program starts at 8:00pm. We normally finish around 9:00 or 9:30 with our 50/50 drawing.
Our monthly fly-out is also a meeting since we fly to an airport and meet for lunch. This meeting / fly-out is always held on the Saturday following the Dinner meeting.
Our August fly-out is our annual picnic that is held at Andover Aero flex airport in NJ and the club pays for the food for this event as well as our October Fall Foliage Flyout Brunch.
